First and foremost, this establishment would not be possible without the collaboration and unwavering support of the following key community members: Bob Frobose, Tom Oberhouse and Jon Meyer. We will forever be grateful!

Our culinary journey began with our first restaurant, El Zarape in Bowling Green, OH, established in 2001, offering classic Mexican dishes.

A few years later, in 2014, Guajillo’s Cocina Mexicana was opened in Bowling Green, OH. This location specializing in more traditional Mexican street foods.

Now we bring to Pemberville, OH a fresh and modern twist on a combination of classic, traditional and contemporary Mexican cuisine, as well as a few American selections.
